See how I, the author, imagine the main characters. I think astrology is key in a personality so all the characters have their respective Birthdays to have a zodiac assigned.

Titania

She is the Queen of Uranus, nicknamed as the Steel Queen (and Nia-chan but only by Akira). Most parts of the Universe worship her as God because of her extreme strength. She can manipulate weather by mood, has a lot of abilities, wind-speed and extremely enhanced eyesight. A charismatic, masculine woman who dresses like a man and is often mistaken as one. She is also the executioner and Right Hand of the Empress who is the ruler of the whole Cosmos. During the fight against the evil celestial beings, she is the commander of the army. She is a good Ruler but the fact that she is extremely lenient when it comes to Akira makes the government displeased.

Nereid

She is the Queen of Neptune, nicknamed the Ocean Queen or Ice Queen. She is extremely sophisticated and polite, very feminine, living by the highest etiquette standards. She is rumoured to be the most beautiful queen in the solar system. The strongest magic user in the Universe with the heritage of a siren. Her songs can lure and kill. In Nereid's case, she is much wilder than how she looks like, never judge a book by its cover.

Akira

Right Hand of Queen Uranus, official spy and assassin of the government. She is a master in poison and potion making and also in alchemy and black magic. She is an extremely masculine woman, always being mistaken for a man, with a harsh attitude with no empathy towards humans. However, for Titania she would do absolutely anything. She is much wiser than she looks like with a clever mind that is always quick. During the battles in the camp, she aids Titania with great power. She has several friends-with-benefit women and she is not interested in the feeling of being in love. A rebel who refuses to wear the mandatory navy-gold colors, always dressing in red.

Rikiya

Prime minister of the planet Uranus. He raised Titania and Akira as if they were his own daughters. He has several headaches because of those two. Rikiya governs the planet, does the paperwork instead of the Queen who has no interest in doing politics. He is well natured and strong. 

Hiroshi

Prime minister of Neptune. He is a very wise man, like a spiritual mentor with extreme knowledge about everything. He loves Nereid as if she was his own daughter but is often over worrying when it comes to her. Kind but is very strict at the same time. He is also a magic user living by the highest etiquette standard, helping Nereid in politics.

Ren

The General of the army. He is a good listener and understanding in nature. Although he has a healthy fear towards the Steel Queen and Akira, he is in very good relations with them. They often have drinking sessions together in the camp.

Rin & Lily

Two of the many women Akira has in her bed. 

Kasai

The King of Mars. Extremely rude and thinking about women as objects. Very easy to anger but not that strong as he claims himself to be. He hates the Uranusians with passion and would want Nereid as his own.

Themis

Very mysterious, Empress of the whole cosmos. She is only coming forward in the most serious cases. She lives on the planet Saturn. As the Ruler of the whole Universe, she has to be strict but she has a soft spot for the Steel Queen, tending to be lenient when it comes to them.
